The attached video provides a glimpse of our factory manufacturing process (pre-Covid) and on-going erection of three separate access cores for main contractor Sisk at IPUT’s prestigious office development, One Wilton Park. The three cores have a combined height of over 99m (including basement levels) with the highest core reaching over 43m providing 12 levels of accommodation including two basement levels. Two of the cores have facades incorporating “faux joint and dywidag holes” to provide a high quality architectural feature which will be visible within the entrance atrium. On completion One Wilton Park will comprise 14,000 sqm of prime offices within Dublin’s premier business district. IPUT is the longest established commercial property fund in Ireland and the largest owner of office buildings in Dublin. We are also currently working with IPUT on another of their architecturally ambitious office developments at The Tropical Fruit Warehouse, Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2.
