Concast have been awarded a third separate project at Horgan’s Quay Cork by BAM, where we will be supplying 5 lift shafts and 2 adjoining stairwells reaching heights of 35m. Concast have previously successfully completed 2 separate projects for BAM at Horgan’s Quay where we provided a total of 5 separate Precast access core structures (see 3 cores pictured). On completion, Horgan’s Quay will provide three office blocks with a gross area of approximately 37,000 sqm, 237 apartments, 136 bed hotel along with associated restaurant and retail accommodation. Concast have a strong working relationship with BAM with current projects including further access cores at The Shipping Office, Sir Rogerson’s Quay Dublin South Docklands and Precast frame solutions for two new Dublin schools with a combined total area of approximately 7,250 sqm.
