On completion our access core will provide a substantial nine storey Precast structure incorporating 10 lift shafts and two separate stairwells accessing approximately 16,500 sqm of prime office accommodation. Concast have a strong working relationship with our client BAM, having successfully completed numerous projects together including Horgan’s Quay Cork, Dairygold Mallow Cork and Brewery Student Quarter Cork. BAM have also recently appointed Concast to provide frame solutions for two new Dublin schools along with additional access cores at Horgan’s Quay Cork.
