A Concast capping slab being lowered into position earlier this week, completing one of several adjoining access cores providing stairs, lift and landings to multiple levels of accommodation. We are currently providing our Precast access solutions at numerous projects locations across the UK and Ireland for repeat clients including Sisk, PJ Hegarty, Goldbeck and Bourne Parking. Our access cores can; reduce construction programmes; improve health and safety; while also ensuring safe early access for following trades. They are independently free standing and can be designed to provide stability as part of the overall structural frame both during construction and on completion. Elements cast within the Precast can allow for ease of connecting to a hybrid steel structural frame. We have successfully provided solutions for many different project types including offices, mixed use buildings and accommodation blocks such as hotels, residential and student residences.
