Great celebrations at last week’s ICE Awards 2023 with The Tropical Fruit Warehouse project winning the prestigious “Fit Out or Refurbishment Over €30m” category. Concast are proud to have been part of this landmark office project where we provided two 7 level Precast access cores along with stair flights for a third in-situ concrete core. Our Precast panels are on full display in the main reception area creating an imposing architectural statement (picture courtesy of IPUT). The Tropical Fruit Warehouse comprises nearly 8,000 sqm of exceptional office space, blending original warehouse features with spectacular modern architecture and design.
