Concast embrace innovation and modern methods of construction (MMC) by offering a wide variety of Precast concrete solutions which can reduce construction time, promote sustainable development, while also offering cost savings. Increasingly Main Contractors are valuing the benefits of MMC and we are currently involved in providing our Precast access core solutions at projects in Cork, Dublin and Gatwick Airport for repeat clients including Sisk, PJ Hegarty and Goldbeck. Our access core solutions can; reduce construction programmes; improve health and safety; while also ensuring safe early access for following trades. They are independently free standing and can be designed to provide stability as part of the overall structural frame both during construction and on completion. Elements cast within the Precast can allow for ease of connecting to a hybrid steel structural frame. We have successfully provided solutions for many different project types including offices, mixed use buildings, warehousing, manufacturing and accommodation blocks such as hotels, residential and student residences.
