Our Precast frame solution for a new Launch Quality Centre (LQC) at luxury car manufacturer Bentley’s HQ in Cheshire. On completion our Precast two storey frame will provide 7,850 sqm of accommodation incorporating; 161 columns totalling 1,220 linear metres; 57 beams totalling 800 linear metres; 76 wall panels; 145 tie and edge beams; 26 stair flights along with associated landings; and 320 wide slab flooring units. Our valued repeat client Goldbeck, specialists in modular and off-site construction across the UK and Europe, are the main contractor instructed by Bentley. Concast have previously worked with Goldbeck providing a Precast frame solution for a 7,200 sqm research and development facility at Bentley HQ Cheshire.
