Concast are currently on site installing a 105 bed Community Nursing Home (CNU) Precast Frame at St Finbarr’s Hospital campus in Cork, for main contractor Sisk. Our Cross Wall Precast Frame Solution provides two adjoining blocks comprising part two and three storey accommodation. Concast are also currently providing Sisk with similar frame solutions for two further CNU projects at Middleton Cork (50 beds) and Killarney Kerry (130 beds). Sisk has signed an agreement to design and build these CNU facilities under the HIQA compliance programme through Public Private Partnership.
