Concast are the industry leader in providing fast track Precast access core solutions which have a dramatic impact; reducing construction programmes; improving health and safety during the construction process; while also ensuring safe early access for following trades. Our access cores are independently free standing and can be designed to provide stability as part of the overall structural frame, both during construction and on completion. Elements cast within the Precast allow for ease of connecting a surrounding hybrid steel structural frame. We have successfully provided solutions for many different project types including multi-storey car parks, offices, warehouses, mixed use buildings and accommodation blocks such as hotels, residential, nursing homes and student residences.
