Joint venture partners Roxhill and Segro appointed main contractor Winvic to complete this “Super Hub” building for distribution company Hermes. The unit comprises a 25,000 sqm distribution warehouse with a cross-docking system located adjacent the M6 motorway. Concast supplied and erected 178 Precast dock levellers along with; ancillary service yard walls; insulated sandwich panel surrounds to dock bays; ground beams; and retaining walls. Concast have completed numerous projects for Winvic including Lidl HQ Tolworth, Co-op Biggleswade and Panattoni Luton.

Subsequent to the above project Concast have completed Unit 2 and Unit 3 for main contractor Bowmer and Kirkland at Rugby Gateway. Concast provided a total of 50 Precast dock levellers along with; insulated dock surround wall panels; ground beams; retaining walls; stairs and lift shafts.
