On budget and within programme Concast have successfully completed a 7,200 sqm total Precast office frame solution for luxury car manufacturer Bentley at their worldwide HQ at Crewe Cheshire. Our Precast solution comprises a beam and column frame, flooring, two separate access cores and large wall panels many of which span over 30 sqm. The office building will be utilised as a Bentley research and development facility. Our repeat order client Goldbeck, specialists in modular and off-site construction across the UK and Europe, are the main contractor instructed by Bentley.
