Our Precast frame solution provides a rectangular structure incorporating 4 levels of office accommodation with a total floor area of approximately 7,200 sqm. Concast designed and manufactured 247 separate individual components with a combined total weight of approximately 2,284T, requiring 96 separate transport loads to site from our factory at Newcastle County Dublin. Our repeat order client Goldbeck, specialists in modular and off-site construction across the UK and Europe, were the main contractor on this project.
