Concast are proud to have recently completed three substantial Precast access cores for a new Multi-Storey Car Park at Mermaid Quay, Cardiff, delivered in partnership with main contractor Goldbeck. These three cores provide safe and efficient pedestrian access to all 680 car parking spaces across five levels. As industry leaders in Precast access cores across the UK and Ireland, Concast continues to support major developments, with similar projects currently on site in Dublin, Cork, Waterford, Stevenage, and Cambridge.
