Concast are currently on-site installing our Precast frame solution for the new Higher Education PPP Bundle 2 (HEB2) development at South East Technological University (SETU) Waterford. This landmark 12,800 sqm facility on the SETU Cork Road Campus will become the future home of Engineering, Architecture, Built Environment and Computing, providing state-of-the-art teaching and learning spaces for more than 3,400 students. Working for our longstanding client BAM, we are delighted to contribute our precast expertise to a project that will help shape the next generation of engineers, architects and construction professionals.
