Concast are currently installing two 12 storey Precast access cores at The Railyard Albert Quay Cork, in partnership with main contractor PJ Hegarty and developer JCD Group. This landmark docklands development will deliver 217 apartments through a collaboration with Clúid Housing and Cork City Council. The scheme features a number of adjoining blocks including a striking 25 storey tower reaching 85 metres, which will become the tallest residential building in Ireland upon completion. Our Precast concrete access cores are helping accelerate programme timelines, improve on-site safety, enable early secure access for follow-on trades, and provide a factory-controlled quality finish.
